Terms & Conditions
- NO RESERVATION HELD WITHOUT DEPOSIT.
- After key acceptance – NO REFUND.
- All advance deposits must be sent to the motel address by check. ( Return Check Fee $30.00 )
- NO credit card accepted for deposit.
- Confirmed reservations held until 4:30 PM unless notified.
- NO REFUNDS for early departure.
- Balance due upon arrival in Cash, Credit Cards.
- No personal checks accepted upon arrival.
- Rate may be higher for holiday, conventions, special events, weekend stay.
- Rates are based on Double Occupancy.
- One Night Reservation Deposit Required.
- Payment Balance paid in full upon Check-in.
- Sorry, No pets allowed.
- Check-In: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM / Check-Out: BEFORE 10:00 AM
- All Guests must register at Front Desk with valid DRIVER LICENSE.
- All rates subject to NJ Sales Tax and Local tax. (14.63%) Excluded.
- Rate is subject to change based on Occupancy. ( Advance reservation excluded )
- Additional Guests $15 per person / Night.
- Smoking inside our Rooms will incur penalty of $300. Smoking is allowed in the only designated smoking areas .
Cancellation Policy
Before 24 hrs – No charge.
If cancelled after 24 hours of the arrival date and no show – First night charge.
